Establishment of our Company

STOMET Company was established on the basis of resources of the Tool Shop and the Repair Department separated from the structure of STOMIL SANOK S.A. The basis of activity in the first years of the Company's operation is the provision of Molds and Maintenance Services.

Start of the metal parts production

Responding to the growing demand for metal parts used in rubber-metal connectors for car suspensions, the Company takes a decision to expand its production profile with serial production of metal parts. In the organizational structure, a Serial Production Division is established and the investment in the first six-spindle AS-25P automatic lathe machine is realized.

Certification of Quality Management System

The Quality Management System established and implemented on the basis of the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard is subject to the first certification. STOMET joins the group of companies with a certified quality management system and has strengthened its position as a qualified supplier.

Delivery of the first injection molds for plastics

Using the natural direction of development, the Company modernizes its machine park and expands its portfolio with injection molds for plastics. Implementation activities are preceded by many months of the engineering staff training. The first injection molds made on the basis of original construction documentation are handed over to our Customers.

Establishment of the Machinery and Equipment Department

The Management Board adopts a strategy for further development of the Company in the scope of services related to the construction of new machinery and equipment. The former Repair and Maintenance Department is transformed into the Machinery and Equipment Department. This is a natural direction of development, taking advantage of many years of experience of engineering and technical staff and production workers implementing projects related to repairs and maintenance.

Implementation of ERP system

The process of selection, analysis and implementation of the key functionalities of the IMPULS EVO system, initiated in 2014, is successfully completed.

Company obtains a tool which, almost overnight, streamlines the process of information management internally and the process of information exchange with the environment, increases the effectiveness of the production processes, as well as their control, monitoring and accounting.

Establishing of the Relocation and Services Department
